1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “General Terms”) govern the operation of the gaming site Pinupazbet.com, operated by TechSolutions Group NV, a private limited company registered under the laws of Curaçao. These “General Terms and Conditions” govern the rules and procedures for opening and maintaining customer accounts, depositing and withdrawing funds, placing bets, paying out winnings and resolving disputes. By clicking the “Accept” button or otherwise accessing and using the site, the customer agrees to these “General Terms and Conditions”, as well as the “Privacy Policy”, “Betting Rules”, “Sports Games Rules”- and confirms that he has read, understood and agreed to be bound by all other terms, policies and procedures posted on the site.

1.1 DEFINITIONS USED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A bet is a risk-based contract on potential winnings, the outcome of which depends on an event that has yet to be determined, concluded between the client and the bookmaker in accordance with the established Rules. Bets are accepted under the conditions offered by the bookmaker.

Result – the result of the event (events) on which the bet was placed. A customer or player is a person who bets on a certain outcome with a bookmaker. Cancellation of a bet is the result that the bet is not settled and the winnings are not paid. According to the rules, in case of “Cancellation of the bet”, the contract between the bookmaker and the client is considered not concluded and the bet is returned. Regular time is the duration of the match according to the rules of the relevant sport, including the time added by the referee. Extra time extended to regular time, penalty shootouts, etc. not included.

1.2 AMENDMENT TO GENERAL TERMS:

Due to changes in the legislation and regulatory framework, as well as business conditions and if necessary, the Company may change the “General Terms” from time to time. Bets placed before the changes are not applied.

Where possible, the Company will notify players of significant changes, but they should regularly visit the Terms and Conditions page to be aware of and review any changes.
